The terms that apply to every order. Please read them before you buy.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all orders placed with PeppedCo ("PeppedCo", "we", "us") through peppedco.com. By submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Research use only
All products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified persons. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. PeppedCo is a chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or 503A/503B outsourcing facility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for lawful research purposes. You represent that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely and that your purchase complies with all laws that apply to you. We may request institutional or professional information and may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including when we believe products may be used contrary to these Terms.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order request is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send a payment link and payment is completed. Prices and availability may change without notice before acceptance. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.
4. Pricing, discounts and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Volume discounts and promotional codes do not stack; the single best eligible discount applies. Applicable sales tax is added to your invoice. Payment is due through the secure link we send. Unpaid order requests expire after 7 days.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, subject to our reship commitments in our Returns and reships policy.
6. Buyer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the lawful receipt, storage, handling, use and disposal of products, for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies, and for ensuring products are not used in humans or animals or resold for that purpose. You will not relabel, repackage or resell products as drugs, supplements or any product intended for human or animal use.
7. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and literature links are provided for identification and research reference only. Nothing on our site is medical advice or an instruction for use. We do not provide dosing, administration or reconstitution guidance.
8. Limited warranty
We warrant that products will conform to the specifications on the certificate of analysis for their lot at the time of shipment. Except for this limited warranty, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is replacement or refund of the affected product.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any harm resulting from use of products contrary to these Terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PeppedCo and its owners, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse, handling, use or resale of any product.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you submit an order request applies to that order.
